Career Booklet Design Contest

For years, the Forensic Sciences Foundation's career booklet, So You Want to Be a Forensic Scientist!, has been one of the most requested documents from the AAFS office.

The book was updated in 2001, but with forensic science advancing as quickly as it has, the publication is once again in need of revisions.

To that end, Carla Noziglia and Gil Brogden have been busily compiling new information and plans are underway to have the latest version available by Spring 2008.  

The Foundation would also like the career booklet's cover to have a new look.

If you are interested in submitting a new cover design, please contact Anne Warren at the Academy office (awarren@aafs.org) by November 1, 2007.

The artist of the chosen design will be awarded a cash prize as well as a complimentary meeting registration to the AAFS 60th Anniversary Meeting in Washington, DC, February 18-23, 2008.
