Endowment Fund
The overall objectives of the Foundation are:
- to develop and conduct education and training programs;
- to develop new ways to improve the forensic sciences;
- to promote public education concerning all disciplines
in the forensic sciences; and,
- to support research in fields relating to the forensic
sciences.
In order to meet these objectives, your contribution is
needed and will ensure a sound financial basis for the FSF
Acorn Research Grant, the Douglas M. Lucas Research
Grant, the Jan Bashinski Criminalistics Thesis Grant, the
FSF Travel Grant, the Emerging Forensic Scientist Award,
and other FSF-sponsored education programs. There are three
options for your contribution:
- 100% of your contribution can go to the Endowment
Fund;
- 100% of your contribution can go to the FSF General
Fund which assists with operating expenses;
- or your contribution can be divided between the Endowment
Fund and the General Fund.
