The Forensic Sciences Foundation, Inc. Bylaws
Article XI. AMENDMENTS
SECTION 1 - REPEAL OR AMENDMENT OF PREVIOUS BYLAWS:
These bylaws shall become effective at the close of the
Annual Meeting of the Members of the Foundation at which
approved. The previous bylaws heretofore adopted or passed
by the Members of the Foundation as well as all previous
resolution, rules and regulations which are in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION 2 - AMENDMENT PROCEDURE:
Any part of these bylaws may be amended at any Annual Meeting
of the Members of the Foundation, provided that such amendments
are consistent with the provisions of Colorado Revised Statutes,
Title 7, Articles 20-29 and provided further that copies
of each proposed amendment shall be mailed to all voting
Members not less than ten (10) or more than fifty (50) days
before the date of the Annual Meeting at which final action
is to be taken.
